Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any product that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept any debit or credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own local currency.
We accept most credit and debit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay for online orders. You may also place and pay for flower orders over the phone by calling us.
Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order request. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Ani's Floral Design will take place when payment has been processed successfully.
This term protects us in the event of pricing errors, unavailable products or circumstances beyond our control. If there is any issue with pricing or availability, we will contact you before processing the order.
Orders received before 12pm Tuesday to Friday and before 11am Saturday for local Bristol delivery may be delivered the same day if required.
Orders received after this time are generally delivered the next working day. Orders placed for delivery on a specific date will be delivered on that requested date where possible.
Orders requested for public holidays may be delivered on the next available working day.
No timed deliveries are guaranteed except for funeral tributes and wedding flowers.
Please telephone if you have an urgent order or require assistance with a bespoke floral design.
If you require specific flowers or specialist funeral tributes, we recommend contacting us at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or returned for collection where appropriate. A delivery note may be left to advise the recipient.
Ani's Floral Design cannot accept responsibility for flowers, plants or sundries once left at the delivery address or with a neighbour at the customer's request.
We take care to ensure freshness, quality and presentation at all times.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Credit card details entered through our website are encrypted securely and are not stored in clear text.
We aim to guarantee customer satisfaction wherever possible. If you need to contact us regarding your order, please use the contact form on our website or telephone us directly.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and floral products, any complaint should be made within 1 working day of delivery. We will always endeavour to reach a fair solution, whether through replacement flowers or a refund depending on the nature of the issue.
